First, we want to learn new skills together as a team! So many of you have knowledge, skills, and lessons that sharpen each other. This system allows us to hear from many of our voices in Caldwell and Preload to teach us how to do what we do with excellence.
Second, this system is fantastic at tracking your past, present, and future certifications and qualifications. This system expands our ability to track the certifications earned by the hard work you have completed.
And finally, we want to recognize your work! We want to honor and remember your hard work, and there is no better way to do that than to have a complete record system showing us what you have done and can do. Training and learning is made easy when we partner together in this vision.
